ARUBA | MARCH 18-23, 2026

Although meals and drinks are included at the Hotel, you may also want to enjoy optional on-site purchases in the gift shop or off-site optional tours and purchases. You should bring a major credit card for these purchases. Major credit cards (VISA®, MasterCard® and American Express®) are widely accepted in hotels, better restaurants, and major stores.
PRO TIP: Before you travel, call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and tell them where you are going and the dates you will be gone. This will protect you from card declines due to suspected fraud.
The official currency in circulation and medium of exchange in Aruba is the Aruban Florin. Currently, 1 US Dollar is equal to approximately 1.8 Aruban Florin*. US dollars are widely excepted in hotels, better restaurants, and major stores; however, consider taking small bills as it may be difficult to "break a $20" and some businesses will not accept a $50 US or $100 US bill due to worldwide counterfeiting.
*subject to change at anytime without notice
Electricity at the Hotel runs on the same 60-cycle, 120 volt electrical system in the US, so an adapter will not be needed. All rooms furnish a hair blow dryer for your convenience.
Resort Casual: During the day while the sun is up, think casual shorts or jeans, tank tops, short-sleeved shirts, sundresses, and swimsuits. Swimwear must be covered inside the hotel and footwear is required.
Resort Elegant: In the evening as the sun sets, think elegant dress shorts, dress pants (some restaurants may require) or nice jeans, long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar), sundress or capris pants with blouse, and dress shoes or sandals. In the evening proper attire is required, so no sleeveless shirts, wet clothes, flip flops, or slippers. Please see your Welcome Booklet for dress codes for each restaurant.
PRO TIP: Pack lightly; one suitcase with a carry-on is ideal.
The island of Aruba is in the Atlantic Standard Time Zone (UTC -4) and does not observe Daylight Savings Time. During our trip, when it's 12:00pm CDT in Chicago it will be 1:00pm AST in Aruba.
The climate in Aruba during the month of March is tropical but not extreme. With consistent temperatures in the mid 80's(°F) during the day, and lows in the mid 70's (°F) at night.
